Frequently Asked Questions
Why 80s music?
Just like inhaling essential oils, music can have a powerful effect on our mood and energy levels. We all have our favorite songs that we can rely on to pump us up, relax us, or even bring a tear to the eye. Music from the 80s, with its catchy melodies and infectious beats, is infamous for being upbeat, uplifting and carefree.
For many of us, 80s music was the soundtrack to our youth. There are many songs that are tied to the happy (and some not so happy) experiences of growing up. Listening to these throwback tunes can take us back to a time when life may have seemed a little less complicated.
We believe scent is like music—it hits memory, emotion, and energy all at once. Our aroma sticks are crafted to hit that same note of joy the 80s gave us.

LEARN MORE ABOUT THE BENEFITS
What's an aroma stick?
An aroma stick is a little plastic tube (similar to a lip balm tube) that contains a cotton wick saturated with essential oils. When you remove the outer cover, a small opening in the inner stick allows you to breathe in the awesome aroma of the essential oils.
To use the aroma stick, simply untwist the cover and hold the stick just under one nostril, while gently pressing the other nostril closed. Inhale slowly and deeply for 2-3 seconds. Repeat with other nostril.
How long does a Pop Oil aroma stick last?
Your aroma stick can last for several months, depending on how often you use it. The essential oils inside slowly evaporate when exposed to oxygen, so the less you uncap your aroma stick, the longer it will last. Make sure to replace the cover after each use and stash it away from direct sunlight.
Are Pop Oils safe for anyone to use?
Inhaling essential oils is one of the safest and most convenient ways to enjoy them. Still, these little mood-boosters pack a lot of power in a small package. Here’s how to keep your experience safe and happy:
Use as directed: A few deep sniffs are all you need! Inhaling directly from the stick for 2–3 breaths is usually enough to get the aromatic benefits. More isn’t always better.
One per person: Inhalers are for personal use. Sharing can spread germs (and who wants that?).
Check for sensitivities: If you’re pregnant, nursing, have asthma, COPD or epilepsy, check with your healthcare provider before use.
For external use only: Never ingest essential oils or insert inhalers into the nose.
Keep out of reach of children and pets: Pop Oils are formulated for adult use. Some essential oils can be too strong for little lungs or animal friends.
